Get acquainted
We start with a customer survey and a 30-minute conversation about your business, your goals and what success would look like. It's a chance for both of us to decide whether we're a good fit.
Map the project
Together, we work out what your app needs to do and why. We identify unknowns and risks, then define enough of the project to make confident decisions about the next steps.
Every complete development project includes road mapping, even if you already have a detailed brief. Existing preparation helps us move through this stage more quickly.
The plan is yours to keep. You can use it to seek proposals from other developers, as well as from us.
Build your app
With the plan in place, we offer a fixed price for development. You are investing in a defined solution, with strong guarantees and structured project management throughout.
Planning a complete development project?
- Project budget
- We rarely take on projects with budgets below $25,000. Our process works best when there is room to plan and deliver the app properly.
- Road-mapping budget
- Allow roughly 10% of your project budget as a guide. Once we understand your needs, we'll give you a fixed price for this phase.
- Full project responsibility
- We take responsibility for development, from the agreed plan through to delivery.
Staff augmentation: support for your team
If you already have a team in place, we can work alongside them to contribute iOS, iPadOS and macOS development expertise to your project.
